Gerald has more than 30 years of varied experience in both public accounting and industry. He specializes in personalized financial and tax planning services for individuals and businesses. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor or Lecturer at a number of Bay Area universities, including the University of California, Berkeley, Extension, Golden Gate University and Dominican University, teaching accounting to both undergraduates and graduate students.

He began his career at Touche Ross & Co., now Deloitte and Touche. Afterward he served as chief financial officer for several companies, with the longest portion of his career in the real estate industry. In addition, he has served as an expert witness in several hundred cases.

Gerald has a wealth of experience assisting clients with Federal and State income tax matters, preparing financial statements and consulting with clients on their accounting needs with Quickbooks and other software packages. His focus has always been on avoiding overpayment of taxes by his clients within the limits of the law and on providing financial statements that help his clients to manage their businesses.
